ITTI’s Indian partner has one of the most modern facilities in India for the manufacture of PCBA’s.

We have the capacity to produce small quantities (prototypes) or several hundred thousand PCBA’s (mass production).

We make single and multi-layer PCBA’s.

Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Capabilities:

Single layer or multi-layer boards
Through-hole, surface mount or a combination of both.
We can provide complete design support and create Gerber files. (Gerber files are needed to create the circuit on a bare PC Board).
Components are easily available either from India or from Taiwan or Singapore. India also allows import of components from anywhere in the world including USA.
We need a BOM and schematic from the customer in order to create a Gerber and quote on the assembly. We have the capability to recommend substitute components in order to reduce cost without compromising quality or reliability.
Our Indian suppliers are ISO 9001 certified and already supply to US customers. They are fully familiar with American business practices.
Just to give you an example of capacity, one of our partners has two “pick and place” machines and each can assemble 30,000 components per hour. If a board has 100 components, allowing for other peripheral operations including test and inspection, this could yield a net productivity of 200 boards per HOUR.
We will provide a VOIP hotline (with local access number) to each client so the client personnel can easily contact the Indian supplier for the price of a local call. This will provide unlimited access to vendor personnel.
We will also design and build test fixtures/systems at a fraction of the US cost.
