Composite Products:
Today’s transportation vehicles, houses, industrial
enclosures are demanding better and better materials
specific to their application. Composites offer
a cost competitive, very high strength, light
weight, weather proof alternative to most conventional
materials.
We offer a complete solution from prototyping
to manufacturing for your needs for Composite
products. Coupled with ease of manufacturing
and wide array of processing techniques we can
make one off products to large quantities as
desired by the customer. We use various material
systems like unsaturated polyesters, epoxy, vinyl
easers, etc and reinforcements like glass, carbon,
bamboo, Kevlar, high performance foam cores,
Nida-cores etc to engineer the products for the
intended use.
Design
and Tooling: We have a well
established tool room set up with CNC
machines for machining patterns out of
PU tooling boards, MDF fiber boards,
and so on. The tool room is well supported
by a well staffed design department having
set up of 3D modeling software like Unigraphics,
Pro-E and SolidEdge. Lead times of 1-2
weeks for one off tooling are typical.
The molds are made in high strength Epoxy
resins.
Processing Techniques: We
employ highly trained and experienced work
force. Various processing techniques practiced
at our factory are:
Hand lay-up / Spray lay-up
RTM, VARTM
Our Products:
Bamboo FRP Panels: These
are light weight, sandwich constructions typically
used for modular housings, dry room doors. The
same finish can be made available for decorating
existing side walls of houses.
