Ashok M Thakkar is President and CEO of the Alpharetta, GA based consulting / outsourcing company, ITTI, LLC.  Ashok has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management and has visited over forty countries in Asia, Europe, Africa and North & South America to gain first hand knowledge of management practices. He has lectured on the subject of Quality in USA, Canada, Mexico, Peru, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and Egypt.
ITTI specializes in outsourcing and off-shoring services and international standards including ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and so on. 

Ashok is a published author and a recognized speaker. His path-breaking work in long-term quality strategy and supply chain management has won him international accolades. Ashok is considered a foremost authority in ISO 9000 standards and supply chain management. He has done pioneering work in the areas of Long-Term Quality Strategy and Supply Chain Management.
Ashok has had the opportunity to work with the late Dr. Kaoru Ishikawa, the father of Japanese Quality. He has been on the faculty of University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI) and Marian College (Fond du Lac, WI). He was also affiliated with the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research (SISIR) and India’s National Center for Quality Management (NCQM). 
In November 1992, the Governor of Wisconsin cited Ashok for being the “State Leader in the Practice of Total Quality Management”. In July of 1999, Norbert Wiener University of Lima, Peru appointed Ashok as “Profesor Visitante”. Prior to starting his own consulting company, Ashok held a senior executive position at Eaton Corporation, Milwaukee, WI. Under Ashok’s leadership, ITTI has become one of the most recognized names in the Quality and Environmental consulting fields.

ITTI's highly acclaimed recent publication [termed "Executive Learning Tool (ELT)] entitled "Taking Quality Management System Into the Executive Suite" was authored and narrated by Ashok. 

With a Masters Degree and 25 years in manufacturing, this dynamic personality is a recognized name in the storage systems industry in India. Manoj is based in Mumbai, India (formerly Bombay).

While handling his duties as ITTI’s Procurement Director, Manoj is simultaneously the Managing Director of MaxiMaa Systems Ltd (a publicly traded company) and CEO of MaxiMaa Infoways (Pvt) Ltd., ITTI’s Outsourcing arm in India. MaxiMaa Infoways handles ITTI’s Landscaping, Virtual Image Processing and CAD activities in India.

Manoj joined ITTI in late 2003 and is a very important part of our team. Manoj, along with his assistant, Varsha Mistry, is the primary decision-maker in qualifying ITTI’s Indian suppliers. Both of them are actively involved in managing an ISO 9001 registered company and possess unique knowledge of supply chain management.

Manoj is a frequent traveler to Europe and USA and maintains a strong knowledge base for the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Varsha Mistry is the Senior Procurement Coordinator for ITTI’s India operations. She is located in Valsad, Gujarat State, India.

Varsha holds degrees in Math and Computer Science. She is also certified as an auditor for ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.

Within six years after graduation, this dynamic young lady has risen to become the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of MaxiMaa Infoways (Pvt) Ltd as well as ITTI’s Senior Procurement Coordinator. MaxiMaa Infoways is ITTI’s Outsourcing arm in India, managing Landscaping, Virtual Image Processing and CAD activities.

In addition to coordinating ITTI’s Indian procurement activities, Varsha manages MaxiMaa’s BPO activities and acts as the ISO 9001 Management Representative (MR) for MaxiMaa Systems Ltd.

Along with Manoj Shah, ITTI’s Procurement Director, Varsha is the primary decision-maker for ITTI’s supplier selection in India.  

Abha graduated in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Political Science, International Relations, Global Cultures and Integrated Liberal Studies. She is currently a resident of Madison, WI (USA). For the past four years, she has been serving as the associate facilitator of the Northside Planning Council doing grass-roots organizing and training citizen leaders to help build the neighborhoods served by the council. Abha is the Managing Editor of Madison’s Northside News and Co-Chairperson of the Advisory Committee to the Mayor of Madison.

On May 4, 2006, Abha was awarded the Visionary Award for her service to the community.
The award was sponsored by the Social Justice Center and The Capital Times of Madison, WI (USA).

Abha believes very strongly that the best way to enjoy the community you live in – big or small, hip or not – is to get invested in it.

Pune, India based Rahul Shah is Director of Composites Manufacturing. Rahul has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from UK. 

Rahul has been associated with ITTI’s Indian partner Gatiman Group since January 2001. In addition to having overall responsibility for Fiberglass Molding and Composite Materials, Rahul is specifically responsible for export marketing, logistics and overseas customer liaison.

With his engineering background and MBA degree, Rahul brings unique qualifications for handling export business and generating exceptional customer satisfaction. Rahul is well versed in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

Rajesh is the Director of Sheet Metal Operations for ITTI’s partner, Gatiman Group of India. He is located in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and over twelve years of experience in metal working industry, Rajesh possesses a unique blend of experience in manufacturing and quality assurance. He has successfully steered the Gatiman Group to QS 9000 registration while acting as the Management Representative (MR). Rajesh’s forte has been automobile components manufacturing.

Currently he is looking after sheet metal and surface treatment operations. His responsibilities include production planning, material resource planning, customer liaison and trouble-shooting.

Milwaukee, WI (USA) based Tom McHugh works with Web Developer Kamath, ITTI’s CTO. Tom comes with a BS degree in Applied Math & Physics and extensive experience in Information Technology.

His thirty years of experience has given him exposure to PLC software needs (Giddings and Lewis), engineering software needs (Donohue Engineering) and manufacturing software needs (Watry Industries). He has been involved in software development including SQL Server database, asp.net, Visual Basic, EDI, Bar Code design, web administration, computer graphics, anti-virus configuration / administration, machine tool interface and version control process.
